Heritage Foods is a wonderful organization that pushes slow food meats and is a quality bulwark against factory farms. They wanted a "gentlemen goat" for use in their promotional material for the month of October which some farms have deemed Goatober, in an effort to get the people of the USA a little more excited about Goat.
